ATM not paying out

Hi folks,

We are here in the Philippines and both my wife and my bank cards will not dispense money for us at every ATM we've tried, including BDO and BPI. Our cards worked up until Saturday just gone and now we cannot get access to cash. I have contacted both our banks back in Ireland and they said there is no block in place there that will prevent them working in the Philippines. Can someone please advise what we can do here in the Philippines to figure out why our cards will not work?
