On-arrival visa extension

I have just moved here from USA. I am currently in Cebu City. Until I save up the deposit for the SRRV, I will need to get an extension for the On-arrival visa and then the whatever that comes after that. I believe I just go to the Buruea of Immigration office in Mandue. Is that correct?
Also, what do I need to take with me? And what will be the fee, approximately?
And when? I have been here a week already.
