Bringing adult disabled child with as we retire

Husband and wife, age 66. We are seeking to retire in Philippines with our adult child disabled from birth. He is 33. Not sure if this can be done. We would have social security income each of us and our adult disabled son would also have his separate social security income. We cannot afford to take care of him in US anymore. Costs too high. Government can’t or won’t provide care he needs. In Philippines we could afford to hire caretakers costs of which are beyond our financial means in US.
