Also..... is it advisable to bring appliances ( 110v for conversion ) and some building materials from the US as affordability & quality far exceed Chinese products there in my experience. ? ie; TV, washer dryer, oven stove, double pane windows, sinks faucets, etc. Would love to hear from from someone who has real time knowledge !? Also I'm looking to interview a master foreman with a crew specifically experienced in masonry. Salamat po
