Health Insurance buying in the Philippnes

I am looking to buy health ins after my travel ins espires, can anyone give some advice re that ins , in patient only, for the older ex pat , , I am fit last doctor visit in my country said I was doing well, and I enjoy healthy eating, no smoking light drinker and gym workoute, play pickleball , I do have asthma so gave up tennis some years ago, but under control, cheers !
