Ive been told that Subic Bay in the Philippines, is a top go to place, can anyone offer any information about the place, and also the rules and regulations relating to a long stay ex pat.
Ideally need info on medical and health matters, visa's etc

I have lived abroad before, so I know that all that glitters is not gold, Im just after the requirements that are currently being asked for in the Philippines.
