Anyone using Wise? Any thoughts or issues?

Is anyone routinely using Wise (Formerly Transferwise) as a money movement mechanism to bring money in from US Banks or brokerages?

If so, any thoughts or issues? (Limits, problems drawing, problems using, or hard learned lessons?)

By design, WISE looks ideal on paper and in theory. I'm curious if how well or dependable WISE is in practice.
