45 day visit American married to a dual citizen

We would like to book a trip staying just slightly over the 30 limit without visa. I am an American citizen married to a Filipina dual citizen. Is there any waiver for me for the 30 day visa limit? Additionally, what would be the process if I have to get a visa for the extra 15 days? Can it be done on entry to CLARK airport? Thanks
