Living Together Loving Together workshop

Our intimate relationships can bring us great joy, or great frustra-
tion. Living together can be fun or a nightmare, depending on if we
have the necessary skills.

This weekend workshop, run by a married couple, will help you de-
velop some of the skills to get more from your relationships, no mat-
ter if you seek a relationship, are newly together or have been to-
gether for a long time. We’ll work with Nonviolent Communication,
an approach widely used to help deepen connection with others.

Topics covered:
? Expressing myself honestly, even with difficult messages
? Understanding what my partner wants to say
? Enjoying each other as human beings
? Expressing and receiving love.

Each person will have the chance to work on their own situations.

Prior knowledge of NVC would be helpful but not required.

Trainers

Monica (from Romania) and Ian (from UK) have been running NVC workshops together for the last 2 years. Their common passion is to support couples find greater harmony and joy in their day to day living together.
Monica Reu is founder of the Romanian Association for Nonviolent Communication, runs workshops for teachers and parents and has a regular NVC radio show.

Ian Peatey is a Certified Trainer in NVC and runs workshops for organisations, families and individuals throughout Europe.
