Moving to Poland... logistics

I'm a former UMCS study abroad/erasmus student and i'm seriously considering making the jump and moving there. I recently visited Poland and the pull is just too strong. I, however, have no idea how to pull it off. I have people i could stay with but i'd like to have a job first... but sadly i doubt my Fine Arts degree would get me very far, although i do have significant knowledge of phonology and developmental linguistics and basic knowledge of Polish and it's dreaded enemy language, Russian (which i read fluently).

I'll take any advice, and i'd prefer to move to Lublin but any town would be sufficient.
