Working and living in Poland

Hi folks... i really want to move to Poland but i just dont know what to do for work..? i know people say "Teach English" but i wouldn't know where to start?? I would like to move near to Legnica, as my girlfriends family live there however we both live in UK. I dont speak Polish fluently however ive been told i speak it very well?? (Doubtful) i find i can speak but when someone speaks Polish to me i have no idea what they're saying lol

In a nutshell... can anyone help put me in the right direction? my main background work wise is in Sales and im a musician, i play guitar and sing. I also have worked in many bars with assistant manager levels.
