property site bought in poland in 2008 is invalid Help!!

Howya all doing : I have just received court documents telling me land I bought in poland in 2008 is now invalid Now this was a site earmarked for building houses by the local council and was definately was not agricultural I am an EU citizen and used a proper notary and legal interpreter. What was the law then and how is it applied now. This petition I have been sent now says I was sent a letter in 2009 to bring this case to conformity but I never received it Can anyone help please
