Married To Polish Citizen - Living In Poland and Polish Passport?

I am American and married to a Polish Citizen we have been living in the US and have been married and living here for just over a year now.

While we like it in the US we miss Europe far too much and are thinking of going back.

We did have some questions though if anyone is able to help us out.

1). How long do I have live in Poland in order to get a Polish Passport?

2). Is it a difficult process to get a Polish Passport is there any good links/websites that we could check out. I know we used VisaJourney when we came to he US for my wife.
