Pensions

I am moving to Poland in July-August 2017 and am trying to find out about pensions. I am from the UK and work for a US company. They pay into my UK pension fund and I contribute too and both before paying tax on the amount left. I am trying to find out how this works in Poland. I know that I will be paying into a state pension through NI but I want to set up a private scheme and then have my employer and me pay into it. Anyone have experience or knowledge of what can/can't be done and any pension providers I could contact. Appreciate any help.
Regards,
Kevin
