Panama hiking and other outdoor activities + Rapamycin ?

Hi. I am looking at a 10 day trip to Panama in mid November - mid December. Dual purpose trip for vacation and potential future relocation.

Vacation - I enjoy hiking and other outdoor activities. No water activities this trip. Currently planning on centering the trip around Boquete, but open to other areas. What are the best areas of Panama for nature activities and what are the activities in each area? If there is a good source, any links would be appreciated.

Relocation - I am contemplating moving out of the US for part/all of each year. Boquete & Volcan appear to have the type of climate I prefer. My thought was to spend a few days in the area to see if it is a potential relocation place.

Rapamycin - While in Panama, I was also considering buying Rapamycin. Purchase is to experiment with Rapamycin's anti aging properties. I can get Rapamycin in the US, but was wondering if the drug (generic tablet version) is cheaper in Panama.
