Silver Coast

Hello,
I am moving from the Northwest (Seattle and the Olympic Peninsula) to Vau on the silver coast and expect to receive my D7 visa by mid-July. I am retired from a business career (technology channel marketing) and hope to make Portugal my new home. I am excited about this move since I will be much closer to my brothers and sisters in The Netherlands, (I was born and raised there), get to live close to the beach and the ocean, explore a new language and culture and meet new people. I spent some time in Portugal over three years ago and loved it. Since I am close to Obidos, Caldas, and Foz I would love to meet expats from the area. Please shoot me a note if you would like to get connected and/or can recommend clubs and activities to join. I like biking, hiking, exploring, and volunteering and take Portuguese language classes together. Ate breve. Wim.
