What are the pros and cons of living in Braga? In Aveiro?

Are there green spaces that is walking distance from city center in Braga?

My husband and I know that neither Braga nor Aveiro is perfect for us. We know that we want to travel and explore other parts of Portugal and parts of Europe. Which city offers better options for travel via bus, train, or plane?
