I have a Portuguese company and was asked by a US client if I had any access to insurance licensed people living in Portugal to do support work for a US company. The licensed part is important and I was thinking we could hire spouses of expats going to Portugal . Obtaining a license is not hard but requires living in the US at some point. Our office is in Coimbra but we have people all over Portugal .
