U$D 3,000 a month. Too low?

Know nothing about Qatar and its cost of living. I should apply for a position but they don't tell me if I must bear the cost of hiring a flat. So, if the flat is NOT included, are 3,000 USD enough for a couple to live? What's the cost for a one bedroom flat/month? Thanks.
