USA/Qatar Tax question

I'm a US citizen living in the US and I currently run a small one person Internet business from my home office. I provide an automated online service through a Web site that I've developed. The Web site and service are hosted here in the US.

My wife and I are moving to Qatar soon. My wife will be working as an expat for an institution over there.

I plan to continue on full time with my business, which is legally registered in the state of North Carolina.

I'm wondering how taxes/legal issues will work out for my business. It seems like the Qatari government wants to have a 51% ownership in companies running from Qatar, but I'm not sure how that would apply to my situation. The only thing in Qatar would be *me* - the online service would still be located and based in the US.

Any suggestions on how to pursue answers for these questions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
