Desperate for English speaking teacher for Grade 3 pupil

We are living in Constanta and have a child who was in a special needs school in S.A. has learning difficulties. He is a present attending the Int School but there are mainly Romanians there and the std of educ is extremely high for him. We are looking for a tutor or preferably an Eng school for him. We would love for him to meet other Eng children aswell between the ages of 8-11yrs. We are rather desperate.
