considering a move

Hello Friends!
I am considering a move abraod in 1-2 years once I am financially prepared to do so. I have not settled on any particular country but have considered Romania for several reasons. I was considering Peace Corp but am a bit hessitant about the two year committment. I currently work in the psychiatric/ mental health field and also teach gymnastics. Can anyone tell me about the employment/volunteer opportunities in these fields? Is work hard to obtain for Americans in this country, what kind of opportunties are there and what about English teaching jobs and certifications needed? I have just begun to research moving abroad and am interested in any feedback that a novice may need. I am sure the forum topics will be of assistance!
