Romanian-American Finance Student Wants to Relocate to RO

Hello,

I am in my fourth year of studying finance at DePaul University in Chicago. I am very interested in moving abroad, mostly because I am Romanian and would like to be closer to my country of origin. I have dual citizenship, but I'm a little hesitant to move to Romania because of the low salaries. My family and I moved to the U.S. when I was 2 years old, but I've been visiting it ever since at least twice a year. I've even attended the 6th - 8th grade in Brasov. What would be my chances of attaining a decent entry level position in Finance in Romania? I don't want to work as a waitress/in a bar if I make this transition. How can I secure a job? Do you recommend I stay in the US for a year or two to gain more experience? Or can I get an entry level position in Romania right out of college?
