Hello, this is my first post on this forum. In a couple of years, my wife (Romanian) and I (American) will be relocating permanently to Romania for retirement. I have many questions to ask. The first subject is personal finances. I would like to know where I can find out information concerning setting up my finances in the US so that I will receive money to live on every month in Romania. We will be living off of my Social Security checks and 401K payments. I need to know, preferably from someone that has already done it, how you set up your banking, to accomplish this.
