Purchasing RE in Romania

I am interested in getting a vacation home somewhere in Transylavania, maybe near Brasov, maybe Bran. I will be able to use the house for 3 months in the Summer and 1 month in Winter.

Any help would be much appreciated.

BTW, I speak fluent Romanian.
