Lawyer-Canadian English Speaking

I am a lawyer in Canada working at a law firm in Edmonton. My wife is Romanian. We have a 13 year old son and a 14 month old boy. Her family lives in Romania, so it would be wonderful to move there so they could help raise our little boy. With that said, we could only move if I could find a very high paying job. Are there any good companies in Cluj or even Bucharest that are looking for a Canadian Lawyer?
