Retiring to Romania--is it possible?

My and husband and I are planning on retiring to Romania in 2020. We will have no need to work and will be able to live comfortably on our retirement income. As we have no idea what is going to happen ( because of Brexit) we are assuming we'll have to get a long term visa and later apply for residency. Does anyone know if we can get a "retirement" visa and if not what other options would be available to us?
