Sales Calls in Saudi

I am considering a relocation to the UAE and would like some feedback. I am a salesman for a major O&G equipment manufacturer and I plan to live and office in Dubai and will cover all of the UAE. My work in Saudi and the other contries would be one to two day sales calls to the engineering offices of the major oil companies and engineering firms.

As an American, should I be nervous about this type of travel? What tips and advice would you offer?
