salary Negotiation

I am in the process of accepting a position in saudi arabia. My current salary in the state is 85k.Do I have room to negotiate for my future salary.("Is it take or leave it" attitude of what my future employer would offer to me?) How far up can I negociate my salary with my future employer. I understand the employer will provide the housing. Also,in general how long the typical term of the contract?
My employer is a local (saudian)company. Are the local companies generally fair in their labor contracts. Once, I sign the contract and arrive in saudi arabia if the employer starts renegating on some of his promises, can I just get up and leave? Please help me I am new in this game. I don't know anything, and I am afraid of making a mistake. Thank you all.
