I have a friend of mine who is working in Najran; she recently turned in her resignation as her contract is about to be up at the hospital. The problem is she was told that there was a mistake one year ago that was not her fault. Yet she had to submit her atm and they wiped her account. Then tell her she needs to pay 190k riyals for that mistake or she will have to work there for 10 more years without benefits or pay.
Is there any thing she can do about this situation as she setup an opportunity to work in Canada but needs to be released by her hospital.
Any Thoughts would Be Helpful along with suggested resources on arbitration or whatever process would need to be followed so she could leave Najran for the opportunity in Canada.
