Bloc visa issue

Hello dear forum members!since we r preapering dokuments to move to saudi as my husband has a job offer now it seems like the proces is getting delayed couse of smth called bloc visa is missing and we should wait until bloc visa is available! Did someone know anything about this or faced the same thing !thanx in advance
