Compounds in Riyad "HELP"

I just ran into this site while trying to decide which compound to stay in since we will be moving to Riyad this February.
The hubby is already there and he was busy house hunting. He is staying now at Fal Compound but we are quite a big family (husband and I , kids 8,4,2 yrs) the most important is living in a loving community, child freindly (has a daycare), relatively new, and safety is a must.

The options he ran to where:
Albustan, Kingdom compound, Arizona and California compound.

I found alot of reviews online about the 1st 3 compounds in our listing , but unfortunately nothing about California. We know it's Arizona's sister compound and that it's expected to be ready by this coming April, so it's Brand New.

Any info. About the compounds would be highly appreciated especially California coz the hubby scheduled a visit next week but we would like to have some background information before the visit.
