Exchange Rate Question

My company sends my salary to UK in Riyals. My bank then exchanges it into GBP.

This month there was a difference of about £300 between what the current exchange rate is and what my bank gave me.

Anyone got any ideas on how to transfer money without getting gouged by the UK banks?
