Streets in Riyadh with two names

I have noticed that quite a few streets in Riyadh, having their own official names, are best known by other popular names, which are used not only informally but also formally in business addresses:
For example:
Tahlia = Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Street
Dabbab = Abdulaziz Bin Jalawi Street
Sitteen =Salahuddin Al-Ayyoubi
