Representative of an Overseas Business Visa in Scotland question

Hello all,

Not sure if anyone has some ideas about this, but:

If someone were to get approved for an Representative of an overseas business visa for Scotland, but they also had self-employment income in the US that is separate from their business that is sending them to Scotland, would keeping this income put the visa in danger?

Does anyone have any idea if when filing US taxes, the income listed from the other self-employment would interfere with the visa?

Many thanks for any input on this matter.
