finding a job in singapore

hi

i'm planning to enrol a diploma program in singapore polytechnic. it's mentioned in their website that non singaporeans should hold a valid work permit/employment pass and work throughout the entire course program. i have a degree in maritime transportation management and fluent in english. but i don't know mandarin nor malay. do you have any suggestions to find a job and meet the academy's criteria
