looking to work in Singapore

I'm contemplating on a move to Singapore to work. I am a Indian graduate with 1&1/2 years of work-ex in Financial Services. What are my chances of being able to secure a decent job.

The reason I want to work in Singapore is coz I want to gain experience in a diverse environment and from what I've read about the place,I think I will be able to adjust well. Any thoughts?
