Inquiries about Telemarketing/Call center job at SG

Hi everyone.

I am a filipina. I've been working here in the philippines for 4 years now. 1 year as a sales and marketing assistant and 3 years as a telemarketer for US financial service (call center), which is my current job. I've been hearing lots of positive feedback about working in SG but i don't know how and where to start. can anyone give me any advice or tips 'bout this? is there a big chance of getting a job through online application? if given a chance, what's the acceptable salary offer as of this days for me to live there and save a little.
