moving to singapore- need help!

Hi, my wife and our 2 kids (1,3) are moving to sigapore and would like as much as info you can give! I'll work on beach road and we're looking to live in a nice place that is close enough to walk to day care for the big chil and a place it will lovely but cheap, we're thinking up to 1500 S$ to a condo, 2-3 bedroom, is their is such a place? and close to MRT that I can go to my work easily, but most importnat is that my wife will feel happy with the place and their will be garden to walk near by and play area.
