New Mother in Singapore

We are moving to singapore at the end of July for my husband's work. I have a 2 year old daughter and am expecting a baby the first week of september.
Having worked for the last 21 years, I am worried about feeling isolated as a new stay at home mom with 2 young children when I just arrive. Any advice on finding mother's groups or a good way to meet new people?

Any other tips generally?
