Preschool

It looks like our family will be moving to Singapore this summer. I am interested in tips on how preschool works in Singapore and recommendations for schools. My daughter is 3 and currently doing a 2 morning a week preschool here in the States. Are most preschool programs there a similar schedule? Do they run year round? Is this something that I need to be looking into now (the preschools here are almost filled for spots starting in Sept)? Thanks for any guidance!
