Moving to Singapore, staying with same company.

I have been offered a job in Singapore with the same company that I am currently employed with (US).
From what I can tell, I fit the requirements for the P2 employement pass. The job may last 6-18 months.
I am looking for guidance and advice with the following; 1) dealing with the MOM. 2) finding a way to bring my long term girlfriend. 3) US/SNG tax situation. Any recommendations would be great. Thank you.
