tourist visa to working visa

Hello, I was wondering if anyone here have tried to apply for a tourist visa in Singapore, who found a work during your stay there and what was the process in transferring your visa into working visa.

I am from Philippines, I will visit Singapore this October. Since there will be visa free for 30 days in Singapore, I will use those days in finding a work. I'm hoping that when I've found a work, the company will process my working visa if it is possible.
