Having reached out to more than 290 schools in Singapore, Halogen Foundation Singapore is an educational charity(IPC status) organisation that conducts multiple programmes for youths, and educators. Their mission statement: "To inspire and influence a generation of young people to lead themselves and others well." Halogen is located in the heart of Singapore's youth scene, *SCAPE.

1) Hoozyu®
– A profiling tool, identifying one's motivation, deepest needs, how one reacts to stress, etc...
Parents can sign up for this together with their child. Parents have found it helpful for understanding their child better, vice versa.

2) Student Leadership Challenge®
– Backed by more than 30 years of research and data from over 3 million leaders, The Leadership Challenge® approaches leadership beyond a mere title, but as a measurable, learnable and teachable set of behaviours that can be inculcated into our everyday life. Studying 5 practices and 30 behaviours of exemplary leaders, participants will receive a 360-degree tool for accountability, self-assessment, reflection, discovering one’s blind spots and the frequency one adopts each of the 30 behaviours.
