Having a baby in South Africa?

Hi there, can anyone pls advise me how to go about sorting out hospitals, midwifes ect? We are from the UK, and its all a little diffrent here.... Any idea on how much it costs, to have a private birth, and how does it work..i.e, do we pay Doctor/surgeon seperate from hospital bill - for bed and food, do i need a gyno type person? Is there after care for mother and baby over there?? Also, any advice on good hospitals in the HIllcrest Area??
