Inspection Trips

my husband and I are thinking of moving to the Costa Blanca in the next few months and are going on an inspection trip with Real Estate Group based in Alicante. Does anyone know of this company or of Destiny International? Also are there areas that I should avoid when looking for a house or villa on this coast?
I have read lots on the net, in books and magazines but can't find anything out about these companies and now I'm very confused. Please help.
