Internet Access

Not sure if you can help but my girlfriend's mum lives in Aspe, Spain in a remote location. They want to get internet access but not sure on how you go about doing it . They do not have any underground cabling but have got a phone which the cables are wired up to a box at the side of the house. The telephone company they deal with is telefonica.

Can you advise me on how you would go about setting up access for the internet or point me in the right direction on who I could speak to. What is the reception like on wireless access
