Best Part of Spain to Live

hi i'm very new to this, but very soon we are coming into some money and don't want to waste it in england so we are moving over to spain, however we want to buy some sort of business but with so many beautiful areas, which would anyone recommend that has a good ex-pat community but also somewhere where we could intergrate ourselves into the local culture, i feel like a kid in a sweet shop as there is so much choice, unlike the way britain has now become. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
