4 months in Spain with small kids

My husband and I are planning to live in Spain for a few months next winter/spring, probably arriving in early February. We'd like to find an apartment in a beautiful, not-too-touristy city with the warmest possible climate. We will need a nearby language school and some sort of preschool or nursery school for the boys (aged 3 and 5). Any recommendations? Thank you so much! Sara
