NCAA Basketball Tournament on TV in Spain?

I know this is frivolous and that there are far more important topics, but I'll be in Spain with a few basketball junkies who can't live without their precious tournament. Are any sports fans on this forum who know if the NCAA games are going to be carried on Spanish television? Does anyone know of any sports bars in Madrid where there's a chance some of the games might be showing?
